Undercapitalization – I would think would rank up near the top.
I agree that undercapitalization is almost always a problem but not necessarily the reason businesses fail. If they do the proper financial forecasting, they can make adjustments and stay out of financial trouble. Persuading them to do the financial projections is very difficult.
